Just Follow the procedure below to know who is using your WiFi network

 Open Cmd.(i.e Command Prompt of windows)
 Type "net view"
 Firstly you will see your laptop or computer name, then rest of the computer which are using your Wifi network
This way you can figure out who is using your Wifi network with or without permission.
